This book deals with the topic of public opinion in Islamic society by defining it and clarifying its elements and composition, with a focus on the influences that contribute to its formulation in accordance with Islamic principles. The author focuses on the importance of public opinion being compatible with the Islamic faith and Sharia values, considering that an Islamic society that adheres to the Qur’an and Sunnah is capable of producing correct public opinion guided by their guidance. It also talks about the functions that public opinion can perform in preserving Islamic principles and achieving the legitimate interests of the nation.
