هذا الكتاب يتناول فقه النصر والتمكين في القرآن الكريم، مستعرضاً أنواعه وشروطه وأسبابه ومراحله وأهدافه. يركز المؤلف على دراسة حالات التمكين في التاريخ القرآني، ويشمل ذلك تبليغ الرسالة، هلاك الكفار ونجاة المؤمنين، المشاركة في الحكم، وإقامة الدولة. كما يدرس الكتاب أحداثاً تاريخية حديثة لاستنتاج الدروس المستفادة منها في سياق فقه التمكين. يهدف الكتاب إلى فهم أصول فقه التمكين من خلال التحليل التفصيلي للقرآن الكريم، وبيان أهميته في حياة الأمة الإسلامية المعاصرة.
Translation
This book deals with the jurisprudence of victory and empowerment in the Holy Qur’an, reviewing its types, conditions, causes, stages, and goals. The author focuses on studying cases of empowerment in Quranic history, including conveying the message, destroying the infidels and saving the believers, participating in governance, and establishing the state. The book also studies recent historical events to draw lessons learned from them in the context of empowerment jurisprudence. The book aims to understand the origins of the jurisprudence of empowerment through a detailed analysis of the Holy Qur’an, and to demonstrate its importance in the life of the contemporary Islamic nation.
