كتاب "المعجم المفهرس أو تجريد أسانيد الكتب المشهورة" هو عمل في فهارس الكتب والأدلة، جمعه مؤلفه استجابة لطلب بعض الإخوان لتجريد أسانيده في الكتب المشهورة والأجزاء المنثورة. وقد رتب المؤلف مادته في أبواب، بدأها بالكتب المبوبة والمطولات، ثم المسانيد، ثم فنون الحديث، ثم المعاجم والمشيخات والأربعينات، وغيرها من التصنيفات الحديثية. يهدف الكتاب إلى تسهيل الوصول إلى أسانيد الكتب والروايات، مع بيان طريقة تحمّل المؤلف لها بالسماع أو القراءة أو الإجازة.

Translation

The book “The Indexed Dictionary or Abstracting the References of Famous Books” is a work on book indexes and evidence, compiled by its author in response to a request from some of the Brotherhood to abstract the chains of transmission of famous books and scattered parts. The author arranged his material into sections, starting with classified and lengthy books, then Musnads, then Hadith Arts, then Dictionaries, Shaykhs, Forties, and other Hadith classifications. The book aims to facilitate access to the chains of transmission of books and narrations, while explaining how the author compiled them through listening, reading, or taking a leave of absence.
