Translation

This book, “Fath al-Ali al-Malik fi Fatwa on the Doctrine of Imam Malik,” is a collection of fatwas on various sections of Islamic doctrine and jurisprudence, in which the author confined himself to the Maliki doctrine. The book deals with various topics of the Islamic faith and issues of jurisprudence, and aims to clarify the legal rulings according to the Maliki doctrine, while presenting various fundamental and jurisprudential issues.
