This fourth part of the “Collection of Najdi Messages and Issues” includes a collection of letters and fatwas by Najd scholars, and is classified as books of fatwas. The book deals with doctrinal and jurisprudential issues, and through its introduction it highlights a discussion of the issue of supplication to other than God and a response to those who claim that the one who does it is not attributed to disbelief, detailing the types of supplication and the ruling on each type. It also includes messages in response to the graves, the purification of the self and attributes, issues in monotheism, covenant and security, and various fatwas on reading and responding to opponents.
