كتاب "البحر الرائق شرح كنز الدقائق" هو شرح موسوعي لمختصر "كنز الدقائق" في الفقه الحنفي، يهدف إلى توضيح منطوق النصوص ومفهومها مع رد فروع الفتاوى والشروح إليها. يبدأ الكتاب بمقدمة في فضل علم الفقه، ثم يتناول كتاب الطهارة بشمول، فيشرح أحكام الوضوء والغسل والمياه والطهارة بالدباغ وسؤر الحيوانات، مع تفريعات وتحريرات مستفيضة.
Translation
The book “Al-Bahr Al-Raiq Sharh Kanz Al-Daqa’iqa’” is an encyclopedic explanation of the summary “Kanz Al-Daqaa’iq” in Hanafi jurisprudence. It aims to clarify the meaning of the texts and their meaning, while returning branches of fatwas and explanations to them. The book begins with an introduction to the virtue of the science of jurisprudence, then deals with the book of purity comprehensively, explaining the provisions of ablution, washing, water, and purification with tanning and animal hair, with extensive branches and edits.
