Translation

This book is an explanation of “The Book of Earning” by Imam Muhammad bin Al-Hasan Al-Shaybani. It falls within the chapter of completion in Hanafi jurisprudence. It deals with the subject of earning in terms of its linguistic and legal definition, and an explanation of its rulings and legitimate causes, relying on the effects and jurisprudential issues that have been classified in this section. The author aims to clarify the path of perception in matters of earning, and to urge students of knowledge to participate in lawful work and earning.
