هذا الكتاب هو اختصار لكتاب "مشكل الآثار" للإمام الطحاوي، قام به جمال الدين المَلَطي، ورتبه على أبواب الفقه الحنفي لتسهيل الوصول إلى مسائله. يهدف المؤلف إلى جمع الأحاديث المشكلة التي أشكلت على الناس وبيان معانيها واستخراج الأحكام الفقهية منها، بعد أن وجد الكتاب الأصلي طويلاً ومشتتاً في ترتيبه. يبدأ الكتاب بمقدمة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وأسمائه وخصائصه، ثم ينتقل إلى أبواب العبادات كالوضوء والصلاة.

Translation

This book is an abbreviation of the book “Mushkil al-Athar” by Imam al-Tahawi, compiled by Jamal al-Din al-Malati, and arranged it according to the chapters of Hanafi jurisprudence to facilitate access to its issues. The author aims to collect problematic hadiths that have caused problems for people, explain their meanings, and extract jurisprudential rulings from them, after finding the original book long and scattered in its arrangement. The book begins with an introduction to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, his names and characteristics, then moves to the sections on acts of worship such as ablution and prayer.
