Bada'i' al-Sana'i fi Tahrani al-Shar'i' is one of the books concerned with the branches of Hanafi jurisprudence. It is a comprehensive comprehensive book of the chapters of Islamic jurisprudence on the four schools of thought. It was written by Imam Ala al-Din al-Kassani al-Hanafi, who died in the year 587 AH. It is an explanation of the book of his sheikh Ala al-Din al-Samarqandi al-Hanafi, called (Tuhfat al-Fuqaha'), which is an explanation of (Mukhtasar al-Qadduri).
