كتاب "تحفة الفقهاء" هو مصنف في الفقه على المذهب الحنفي، ألفه علاء الدين السمرقندي ليكون شرحًا وزيادةً وتفصيلاً على مختصر القدوري، مع ذكر الأدلة وتقسيم المسائل. يبدأ الكتاب بكتاب الطهارة متناولاً أحكام الحدث والنجاسات والتيمم، ثم ينتقل إلى كتاب الصلاة فيفصل في مواقيتها وأحكامها من الأذان والإقامة إلى صلاة الجماعة والقضاء وسجود التلاوة، وصولاً إلى كتاب الجنائز.

Translation

The book “Tuhfat al-Fuqaha” is a book on jurisprudence according to the Hanafi school of thought, written by Alaa al-Din al-Samarqandi to provide an explanation, addition, and detail on al-Qadduri’s summary, mentioning the evidence and dividing the issues. The book begins with the Book of Purity, dealing with the rulings on impurity, impurities, and tayammum. Then it moves to the Book of Prayer, detailing its times and rulings, from the call to prayer and the iqama to congregational prayer, making up for prayers, and the prostration of recitation, all the way to the Book of Funerals.
