Translation

This book is an explanation of the book “Al-Nukat” by Imam Al-Sarkhasi, which falls within the section of jurisprudence of the Hanafi school of thought. The author deals with precise jurisprudential issues related to divorce, emancipation, inheritance, sale, and prayer, relying on the method of commentary and analysis of the jurisprudential issues mentioned in the original.
