كتاب فقهي على المذهب الحنفي، خصصه مؤلفه لبيان أحكام الضمانات في المعاملات المالية، مع التركيز على مسائل تتعلق بالزكاة والحج والأضحية والعتق، ثم تفصيل أحكام ضمان المستأجر والأجير في مختلف المهن والحرف كالرعي والحمالة والخياطة والصباغة وغيرها. يهدف المؤلف إلى جمع المسائل المتعلقة بالضمانات من كتب الفتوى المعتمدة، نظرًا لأهميتها في فصل الخصومات وضرورة معرفتها لكل من يتولى القضاء أو الإفتاء، بل ولكل مسلم يتحرز من تضييع حقوق العباد.

Translation

A jurisprudential book based on the Hanafi school of thought. Its author devoted it to explaining the provisions of guarantees in financial transactions, with a focus on issues related to zakat, Hajj, sacrifice, and emancipation, then detailing the provisions of guarantees for the tenant and the wage-earner in various professions and crafts such as shepherding, porterage, tailoring, dyeing, and others. The author aims to collect issues related to guarantees from approved fatwa books, given their importance in resolving disputes and the necessity of knowing them for everyone who undertakes the judiciary or issuing fatwas, and even for every Muslim who is wary of wasting the rights of people.
