الإنصاف في معرفة الراجح من الخلاف أحد كتب الفقه الحنبلي، ألفه علاء الدين المرداوي. يعد الكتاب أحد كتب الفقه المقارن داخل مذهب الإمام أحمد بن حنبل، حيث يذكر فيه المؤلف جميع الروايات الواردة في كل مسألة فقهية عن الإمام أحمد بن حنبل، ويذكر المعتمد في المذهب عن الإمام بالقياس على قواعده وأصوله ونصوصه، وكثيرًا ما يضع تنبيهات في فائدة الخلاف.

Fairness in knowing what is more correct than the disagreement is one of the books of Hanbali jurisprudence, written by Alaa al-Din al-Mardawi. The book is considered one of the books of comparative jurisprudence within the doctrine of Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal, in which the author mentions all the narrations contained in every jurisprudential issue on the authority of Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal, and mentions what is relied upon in the doctrine on the authority of the imam by analogy based on its rules, principles, and texts, and he often places warnings regarding the benefit of the dispute.
