كتاب في الفقه على المذهب الحنبلي، ألفه موفق الدين المقدسي جامعًا بين بيان الأحكام الشرعية وأدلتها من الكتاب والسنة، معتمدًا على مذهب الإمام أحمد بن حنبل. وقد توسط فيه المؤلف بين الإطالة والاختصار، وعزا الأحاديث إلى مصادرها من كتب أئمة الأمصار، ليكون كافيًا في بابه. يبدأ الكتاب بخطبة ثم يتناول كتاب الطهارة وما يتعلق به من أحكام المياه والنجاسات والوضوء والغسل والتيمم.
Translation
A book on jurisprudence based on the Hanbali doctrine, written by Muwaffaq al-Din al-Maqdisi, combining an explanation of the legal rulings and their evidence from the Qur’an and Sunnah, relying on the doctrine of Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal. The author mediated between length and brevity, and attributed the hadiths to their sources from the books of the imams of the regions, so that it would be sufficient in his chapter. The book begins with a sermon and then deals with the book of purity and the provisions related to water, impurities, ablution, washing, and tayammum.
