كتاب "الملخص الفقهي" هو مؤلف في الفقه على المذهب الحنبلي، يقدم ملخصًا لأحكام الطهارة والصلاة وما يتعلق بهما، مع الاستناد إلى أدلتها من الكتاب والسنة. وقد أُلِّف هذا المختصر بناءً على طلب المستمعين بعد إلقائه في حلقات إذاعية، وتمت مراجعته وترتيبه للطباعة، معتمدًا في مادته العلمية على شرح كتاب "الروض المربع" وحاشيته. يهدف الكتاب إلى تيسير العلم الشرعي وتقديم الفقه النافع المقترن بالدليل.

Translation

The book “Jurisprudential Summary” is a book on jurisprudence according to the Hanbali school of thought, which provides a summary of the rulings on purity and prayer and what is related to them, based on their evidence from the Qur’an and Sunnah. This summary was composed at the request of listeners after it was delivered on radio episodes, and it was reviewed and arranged for printing, relying for its scientific material on the explanation of the book “Al-Rawd al-Murabba’” and its footnote. The book aims to facilitate legal knowledge and provide useful jurisprudence coupled with evidence.
