هذا كتاب في الفقه الحنبلي، يجمع مسائل الإمام أحمد بن حنبل المتعلقة بالوقف والترجل، ويضم أبوابًا تثبت مشروعية الوقف وترد على من طعن فيه، وتفصل أحكامه من حيث شروطه، وإدارته، والتصرف فيه، وما يتعلق بالوقف على النفس أو الأهل أو المساجد، مع بيان ما يكره منه وما يرخص.

Translation

This is a book on Hanbali jurisprudence, which collects the issues of Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal related to endowments and dismounting. It includes chapters that prove the legality of endowments, respond to those who challenge them, and detail its provisions in terms of its conditions, management, and disposal, and what relates to endowments for oneself, family, or mosques, with an explanation of what is disliked and what is permitted.
