The book Zad al-Mustaqni’ fi Akhtasar al-Muqni’ is a very brief text on jurisprudence based on the doctrine of Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal. Written by the scholar, Hanbali Mufti Sharaf al-Din Abu al-Naja Musa bin Ahmed bin Musa al-Hijjawi al-Maqdisi al-Salhi. (d. 968 AH - 1560 AD)
