هذا الكتاب هو شرح موسع لمختصر الخرقي في الفقه الحنبلي، ألفه شمس الدين الزركشي. يبدأ المؤلف بتحليل لفظي ودلالي لعنوان "كتاب الطهارة"، ثم ينتقل إلى تعريف الطهارة لغة واصطلاحًا عند الفقهاء، مستعرضًا مسائلها التفصيلية كأحكام المياه والآنية والوضوء والاستنجاء. يهدف الشرح إلى توضيح النصوص الفقهية وتحرير معانيها وفق المذهب الحنبلي.
Translation
This book is an expanded explanation of Al-Kharqi’s summary of Hanbali jurisprudence, written by Shams al-Din al-Zarkashi. The author begins with a verbal and semantic analysis of the title “The Book of Purity,” then moves on to defining purity linguistically and terminologically according to jurists, reviewing its detailed issues such as the rulings on water, utensils, ablution, and cleansing. The explanation aims to clarify jurisprudential texts and edit their meanings according to the Hanbali doctrine.
