هذا كتاب في الفقه الحنبلي، وهو شرح لكتاب "أخصر المختصرات" لابن بلبان الحنبلي، قام به عبد الرحمن بن عبد الله البعلي. يهدف الشارح إلى كشف ما في المتن من غموض وإيضاح مسائله بأسلوب ليس بالطويل الممل ولا بالقصير المخل، مبتدئًا بكتاب الطهارة ثم الصلاة والجنائز والزكاة والصيام والحج، وصولًا إلى كتب المعاملات كالبيع والنكاح والطلاق والجنايات والحدود والقضاء والشهادات.

Translation

This is a book on Hanbali jurisprudence, and it is an explanation of the book “Akhsar al-Mukhtasarat” by Ibn Balban al-Hanbali, compiled by Abdul Rahman bin Abdullah al-Baali. The commentator aims to uncover the ambiguity in the text and clarify its issues in a way that is neither long, boring, nor short, beginning with the book on purity, then prayer, funerals, zakat, fasting, and Hajj, all the way to books on transactions such as sales, marriage, divorce, felonies, punishments, judiciary, and testimonies.
