هذا الكتاب "إرشاد السالك إلى أشرف المسالك" هو متن فقهي مالكي يتناول أحكام الطهارة والصلاة وغيرها من الفروع الفقهية الرئيسية. يمتاز الكتاب بجمعه لعدد كبير من الأحكام الفقهية في قالبه المختصر، مع إضافة هامش يوضح بعض المسائل الغامضة. يتناول الكتاب آراء الفقهاء المالكية في العراق والتي قد تختلف أحياناً عن آراء الفقهاء المالكية في أقطار أخرى، مع مناقشة القوة والضعف في هذه الآراء.
Translation
This book, “Guiding the Traveler to the Most Ashraf of Paths,” is a text of Maliki jurisprudence that deals with the rulings on purity, prayer, and other main branches of jurisprudence. The book is distinguished by its collection of a large number of jurisprudential rulings in its brief form, with the addition of a footnote that clarifies some ambiguous issues. The book deals with the opinions of Maliki jurists in Iraq, which may sometimes differ from the opinions of Maliki jurists in other countries, with a discussion of the strength and weakness of these opinions.
