هذا كتاب في الفقه المالكي، وهو شرح لمختصر خليل، يهدف مؤلفه إلى استخراج نصوص من كتب المذهب يقابل بها مسائل المختصر، لتكون شاهدًا على نقله ومعينًا على فهمه. يبدأ الكتاب بخطبة الشارح ثم يتناول كتاب الطهارة بأبوابه وفصوله المختلفة، مثل أحكام المياه والنجاسات والوضوء والغسل والتيمم، ثم ينتقل إلى كتاب الصلاة وما يتعلق بمواقيتها وأذانها وشروط صحتها.
Translation
This is a book on Maliki jurisprudence, and it is an explanation of Khalil’s summary. Its author aims to extract texts from the books of the doctrine to address the issues of the summary, to be a witness to its transmission and an aid to its understanding. The book begins with the commentator’s sermon, then deals with the Book of Purity with its various sections and chapters, such as the rulings on water, impurities, ablution, washing, and tayammum. Then it moves to the Book of Prayer and what is related to its times, the call to prayer, and the conditions for its validity.
