كتاب "الثمر الداني شرح رسالة ابن أبي زيد القيرواني" هو شرح موسع لمتن الرسالة الفقهية للإمام ابن أبي زيد القيرواني، ويقع في باب فقه المالكية. يبدأ المؤلف بشرح البسملة والحمدلة، ثم يتناول بالتفصيل مسائل العقيدة وفق مذهب السلف، يليها أبواب العبادات من الطهارة والصلاة والزكاة والصيام والحج، وصولاً إلى أحكام الجهاد والذبائح. يهدف الكتاب إلى توضيح ألفاظ المتن وبيان أحكامه الفقهية وأدلتها.

Translation

The book “Al-Thamar Al-Dani Sharh Risala Ibn Abi Zaid Al-Qayrawani” is an expanded explanation of the text of the jurisprudential treatise by Imam Ibn Abi Zayd Al-Qayrawani, and it falls within the chapter of Maliki jurisprudence. The author begins by explaining the Basmala and the Hamdala, then discusses in detail issues of faith according to the doctrine of the Salaf, followed by the chapters on worship such as purity, prayer, zakat, fasting, and Hajj, all the way to the rulings on jihad and sacrifices. The book aims to clarify the words of the text and explain its jurisprudential rulings and evidence.
