About this work
كتاب "المقدمات الممهدات" لابن رشد الجد هو تأليف في الفقه المالكي، يهدف إلى تقديم مقدمات أصولية وعقدية تمهد لدراسة مسائل المدونة الفقهية. يبدأ الكتاب بفصول في أصول الدين كالتوحيد وأسماء الله، ثم ينتقل إلى أصول الفقه كالحكم بالقياس، قبل أن يتناول تفصيل أحكام الطهارة والصلاة وأبواب العبادات الأخرى، جامعًا بين بيان الأحكام الشرعية وربطها بأدلتها من الكتاب والسنة.
Translation
The book “Introductions to Introductions” by Ibn Rushd Al-Jadd is a book on Maliki jurisprudence, which aims to provide fundamental and doctrinal introductions that pave the way for the study of issues of the jurisprudential code. The book begins with chapters on the fundamentals of religion, such as monotheism and the names of God, then moves to the fundamentals of jurisprudence, such as ruling by analogy, before detailing the rulings on purity, prayer, and other chapters of worship, combining an explanation of the legal rulings and linking them to their evidence from the Qur’an and Sunnah.
