هذا كتاب فقهي على المذهب المالكي، يشتمل على حاشية الشيخ محمد بن أحمد الدسوقي على "الشرح الكبير" للشيخ أحمد الدردير، وهو شرح لمختصر الشيخ خليل بن إسحاق. تبدأ الحاشية بفصل في أحكام الطهارة وما يتعلق بها من شروط الوضوء وفرائضه وسننه ونواقضه، ثم تنتقل إلى موجبات الغسل والتيمم، مع ذكر أحكام مسح الخفين وآداب قضاء الحاجة.
Translation
This is a jurisprudential book according to the Maliki school of thought, which includes a footnote by Sheikh Muhammad bin Ahmad Al-Dasouki on “Al-Sharh Al-Kabir” by Sheikh Ahmad Al-Dardir, which is an explanation of the summary of Sheikh Khalil bin Ishaq. The footnote begins with a chapter on the provisions of purity and the conditions related to ablution, its obligations, sunnahs, and things that nullify it. Then it moves to the requirements for washing and tayammum, mentioning the provisions for wiping the socks and the etiquette of relieving oneself.
