هذا الكتاب هو حاشية لعلي الصعيدي العدوي على شرح الخرشي لمختصر خليل في الفقه المالكي. يتناول الكتاب أبواب الفقه بدءًا من الطهارة والصلاة، مفصلاً أحكامها وشروطها وفرائضها وسننها وفق المذهب المالكي. يضم الكتاب في مقدمته ترجمة مختصرة للمؤلفين الخرشي والعدوي، ثم يشرع في شرح المسائل الفقهية بأسلوب تعليقي وتحليلي.

Translation

This book is a footnote by Ali Al-Saidi Al-Adawi to Al-Kharshi’s explanation of Khalil’s summary of Maliki jurisprudence. The book deals with the chapters of jurisprudence, starting with purity and prayer, detailing their provisions, conditions, duties, and Sunnahs according to the Maliki school of thought. The book includes in its introduction a brief translation of the authors Al-Kharshi and Al-Adawi, and then begins to explain jurisprudential issues in a commentative and analytical manner.
