هذا كتاب مختصر في الفقه على المذهب المالكي، جمعه مؤلفه استجابة لطلب جماعة من طلبة العلم، ليكون مبينًا لما عليه الفتوى في المذهب. يبدأ الكتاب بقسم العبادات، متناولًا أحكام الطهارة والصلاة وما يتعلق بهما من شروط وسنن ومندوبات ومكروهات، معتمدًا في عرض المسائل على رموز وإشارات إلى أمهات كتب المذهب كالمدونة واختيارات كبار الفقهاء.

Translation

This is a brief book on jurisprudence according to the Maliki school of thought, compiled by its author in response to the request of a group of students of knowledge, in order to explain what the fatwa in the school of thought is. The book begins with the section on worship, dealing with the provisions of purity and prayer and the conditions and Sunnahs related to them, recommended and disliked matters, relying in presenting the issues on symbols and references to the main books of the doctrine such as the Mudawwanah and the choices of the great jurists.
