Persuasion in Shafi’i jurisprudence

This is a brief book on jurisprudence according to the doctrine of Imam al-Shafi’i, compiled by its author roughly for the sake of knowledge of the doctrine and to facilitate its learning, to be a reminder to the world and insight to the learner. The book begins with the chapter on purity and the rulings on water and ablution, then deals with a number of jurisprudential chapters such as the rulings on ihram, peace, agency, pre-emption, marriage to polytheist women, and the aqeeqah.
