هذه حاشية للعلامة البجيرمي على شرح الخطيب لمتن أبي شجاع في الفقه على المذهب الشافعي، جمع فيها المؤلف نكات دقيقة وتحريرات من الحواشي المعتمدة، استجابة لطلب شيخه وطلبة العلم. يبدأ الكتاب بمباحث تمهيدية في أصول الفقه واللغة، ثم يشرع في تفصيل أحكام الطهارة وما يتعلق بها من مسائل الوضوء والغسل والاستنجاء والسواك.

Translation

This is a footnote by Al-Bujayrimi on Al-Khatib’s explanation of the text of Abu Shuja’ in jurisprudence according to the Shafi’i school of thought, in which the author collected precise jokes and edits from the approved footnotes, in response to the request of his sheikh and students of knowledge. The book begins with introductory discussions on the principles of jurisprudence and language, then begins detailing the rulings on purity and the issues related to it, such as ablution, washing, cleansing, and the siwak.
