Translation

A jurisprudential book based on the Shafi’i school of thought, aiming to present the rulings on contracts, transactions, and the judiciary, with special attention to what judges, notaries, and witnesses need. It begins with an introduction to the virtue of knowledge, then deals in detail with jurisprudential sections such as acknowledgment, sales, peace, mortgage, interdiction, and reconciliation, reviewing jurisprudential issues and the differences therein.
