كتاب في الفقه الشافعي، جمع فيه مؤلفه مسائل وأحكامًا فقهية على شكل فتاوى، مع عناية خاصة ببيان شروط المفتي وأوصافه وأحكامه، وكيفية الفتوى والاستفتاء وآدابهما. يضم الكتاب أبوابًا متعددة في العبادات كالزكاة والصوم، والمعاملات كالربا والسلم والرهن والشركة، وغيرها من مسائل فقهية متنوعة.

Translation

A book on Shafi’i jurisprudence, in which the author collected jurisprudential issues and rulings in the form of fatwas, with special attention to explaining the conditions, descriptions and rulings of the mufti, and the manner and etiquette of fatwa and fatwa. The book includes multiple sections on acts of worship, such as zakat and fasting, and transactions such as usury, peace, mortgage, partnership, and other various jurisprudential issues.
