هذه موسوعة فقهية جامعة، من إعداد مجموعة من المؤلفين، تبدأ بتعريف الفقه لغة واصطلاحًا في الصدر الأول وعند الأصوليين، ثم تتناول المصادر الفقهية والتشريع والاجتهاد والمذاهب وتدوين الفقه. ويضم الكتاب أبوابًا فقهية مرتبة ترتيبًا ألفبائيًا، تبدأ بحرف الهمزة، وتتناول أحكامًا متنوعة كالآبق والآلة والآنية والأب وولايته في النكاح والهبة والوصية والعتق.
Translation
This is a comprehensive encyclopedia of jurisprudence, prepared by a group of authors. It begins with a definition of jurisprudence linguistically and terminologically in the first book and among the fundamentalists, then it deals with jurisprudential sources, legislation, diligence, doctrines, and codification of jurisprudence. The book includes jurisprudential sections arranged in alphabetical order, beginning with the letter hamza, and dealing with various rulings such as the father, the instrument, the utensils, the father and his guardianship in marriage, gift, will, and emancipation.
