كتاب «الإقناع» لابن المنذر هو مصنف في الفقه العام، يبدأ بكتاب الطهارة مفصلاً أحكام الوضوء والغسل والتيمم والنجاسات، ثم ينتقل إلى كتاب الصلاة متناولاً مواقيتها وأحكام الأذان والإمامة وصلاة الجمعة والعيدين والخوف والكسوف والاستسقاء. يعتمد المؤلف على سرد الأحاديث النبوية المسندة مع أقواله الفقهية في بيان ما يوجب الوضوء والغسل وما ينقض الطهارة، جامعاً بين الرواية والدراية في المسائل الفقهية.
Translation
The book “Al-Iqna’” by Ibn Al-Mundhir is a work of general jurisprudence. It begins with the Book of Purity, detailing the provisions of ablution, washing, tayammum, and impurities. Then it moves to the Book of Prayer, covering its times and the provisions of the call to prayer, leading the prayer, Friday prayer, the two Eids, fear, the eclipse, and rain. The author relies on the narration of the Prophet’s hadiths with his jurisprudential statements in explaining what requires ablution and washing and what nullifies purity, combining narration and knowledge in jurisprudential issues.
