Al-Muhalla fi Sharh al-Majali, with arguments and narrations, by Imam Ali Ibn Hazm al-Andalusi, the publisher of the Zahiri school of thought. Al-Muhalla’s book is considered one of the most important books of Ibn Hazm al-Andalusi. He was famous for it and was considered the publisher of the Zahiri school of thought, which takes the apparent meaning of the text and its verbal and moral meaning, and is diligent. He does not consider analogy in meanings at all, and considers verbal analogy to be the denotation of the word or the meaning of the word. Rather, the disagreement between the people of the principles of jurisprudence is in words, and does not consider reason or meaning.
