الموسوعة الفقهية الكويتية عمل فقهي جامع من إعداد مجموعة من المؤلفين، يقع في خمسة وأربعين جزءًا، ويغطي أبواب الفقه الإسلامي العام. يفتتح الكتاب بمقدمة تعريفية تتناول مفهوم الفقه لغة واصطلاحًا، والألفاظ ذات الصلة به، والأطوار التاريخية التي مر بها الفقه الإسلامي منذ عصر النبوة حتى طور الاجتهاد، مع بيان طبقات المجتهدين والمذاهب الفقهية ومصادر الاجتهاد.

Translation

The Kuwaiti Jurisprudence Encyclopedia is a comprehensive jurisprudential work prepared by a group of authors. It is divided into forty-five parts and covers the sections of general Islamic jurisprudence. The book opens with an introductory introduction that addresses the concept of jurisprudence linguistically and terminologically, the terms related to it, and the historical stages that Islamic jurisprudence passed through from the era of prophecy until the development of ijtihad, with an explanation of the classes of diligent scholars, the schools of jurisprudence, and the sources of ijtihad.
