هذا كتاب في الفقه العام، يختصر مسائل اختلاف العلماء، ويبدأ بمسائل الطهارة كالماء الذي خالطته نجاسة، وما يموت في البئر، وسؤر الحيوانات المختلفة، وطهارة النجاسات، وصفات الوضوء. يعرض الكتاب آراء فقهاء المذاهب المختلفة كأبي حنيفة ومالك والشافعي والأوزاعي وغيرهم، مع ذكر الأدلة والتعليقات عليها.

Translation

This is a book on general jurisprudence, summarizing the issues of disagreement among scholars, and it begins with issues of purity such as water mixed with impurity, what dies in a well, the content of various animals, the purity of impurities, and the recipes for ablution. The book presents the opinions of jurists of different sects, such as Abu Hanifa, Malik, Al-Shafi’i, Al-Awza’i and others, with evidence and comments on them.
