Translation
The book “Mashariq Al-Anwar Ala Sihah Al-Athar” by Judge Ayyad is a linguistic dictionary specialized in explaining the strange words of the Prophet’s hadith contained in the books of Sihah. It is concerned with controlling the words, clarifying their meanings, and correcting any illusions or distortions that may occur in the narrations. The book is organized according to the letters of the dictionary, and deals with strange and problematic words in the hadiths, with special chapters included to point out areas of disagreement and illusion among the narrators.
