هذا الكتاب يبحث في موضوع الإرهاب الإلكتروني من منظور إسلامي، حيث يوضح المقصود به وخطره، ثم يستعرض وسائله المختلفة كالبريد الإلكتروني وإنشاء المواقع وتدميرها. كما يتناول طرق مكافحته من خلال ترشيد الدخول إلى الإنترنت وأنظمة الحماية، ويعرض جهود التصدي له على المستويين المحلي والدولي، انطلاقاً من مبدأ أن الشريعة الإسلامية شاملة لكل ما يصلح البشرية.
Translation
This book examines the issue of electronic terrorism from an Islamic perspective, explaining its meaning and danger, then reviewing its various methods, such as e-mail, creating and destroying websites. It also addresses ways to combat it by rationalizing access to the Internet and protection systems, and presents efforts to confront it at the local and international levels, based on the principle that Islamic law includes everything that benefits humanity.
