Umm Al-Qura University Journal is a scientific periodical that brings together a collection of articles that address multiple Islamic topics such as interpretation of the Qur’an, rulings on worship, jurisprudential issues, linguistic studies, and historical and cultural topics related to Islam and the Arab world. The issue features articles on the science of David and Solomon, the rulings on the siwak, the concept of political authority in the Islamic system, human rights in Western philosophy, and the influence of Islamic culture in Malay countries, in addition to linguistic studies on Arabic forms and the intersection of languages. The publication aims to provide objective research that analyzes religious texts and reviews contemporary issues from an Islamic perspective.
