آثار ابن باديس هو مجموعة شاملة من مؤلفات الشيخ عبد الحميد بن باديس تجمع بين تفسير القرآن وشرح الحديث من جهة، وبين مقالاته الاجتماعية والتربوية والإصلاحية من جهة أخرى، وتستعرض مسيرته الفكرية والثقافية في المغرب الإسلامي ودوره في نهضة الجزائر الحديثة. يشتمل المجلد الأول على مدخل إلى الحياة العقلية والنهضة، وفصول تتناول الاتجاهات الإصلاحية ودور الصحافة العربية والعوامل التي شكلت شخصيته، بالإضافة إلى آرائه في التعليم وتنظيم الطلبة. يُظهر الكتاب كذلك نقده للمناهج التربوية لعهده ورؤيته للمؤسسات التعليمية. يُعَدّ هذا العمل مرجعاً مهماً لفهم حركة الإصلاح الإسلامي في شمال أفريقيا.
Translation
Athar Ibn Badis is a comprehensive collection of the works of Sheikh Abdel Hamid Ibn Badis, combining interpretation of the Qur’an and explanation of the Hadith on the one hand, and his social, educational and reform articles on the other hand, and reviewing his intellectual and cultural career in the Islamic Maghreb and his role in the modern renaissance of Algeria. The first volume includes an introduction to mental life and the renaissance, and chapters dealing with reform trends, the role of the Arab press, and the factors that shaped his personality, in addition to his views on education and student organization. The book also shows his criticism of the educational curricula of his era and his vision of educational institutions. This work is an important reference for understanding the Islamic reform movement in North Africa.
