كتاب يروي فيه المؤلف أحاديث وآثارًا تتعلق بصفة النار وأهوالها، مستهلًا بالتعوذ بالله منها. يتناول الكتاب وصف جهنم وأبوابها وسعتها، وجبالها وأوديتها، وما فيها من مقامع وسلاسل وأغلال، بالإضافة إلى طعام أهل النار وشرابهم من الحميم والصديد، وما يعانونه من لدغ الحيات والعقارب وتلفح وجوههم بالنار، مختتمًا بذكر ألوان العذاب وبكاء أهل النار.

Translation

A book in which the author narrates hadiths and traditions related to the nature of fire and its horrors, beginning with seeking refuge in God from it. The book deals with a description of Hell, its gates and its vastness, its mountains and valleys, and the oppressions, chains, and shackles in it, in addition to the food and drink of the people of Hell, including boils and pus, and the bites they suffer from snakes and scorpions, and the blistering of their faces by fire, concluding with a mention of the colors of torment and the crying of the people of Hell.
