إغاثة اللهفان في حكم طلاق الغضبان هو كتاب أو رسالة فقهية، ألفه ابن قيم الجوزية (691 هـ 751 هـ - 1292 1349). الكتاب عبارة عن جواب لسؤال حكم طلاق الغضبان هل يقع أم لأ، وقد حوى مؤلف الكاتب على استشهاد بالقران الكريم وبالسنة النبوية، وبكثير من أقوال أهل السلف. وقد صنف فيه الغضب لأنواع، وذكر الاختلافات في الحكم باختلاف نوع الغضب. كما أشار في هذه الرسالة إلى مسائل أخرى في الطلاق وغيره. وقال فيها جمال الدين القاسمي: (وهو كتابٌ نفيس، يفيد الأمة فائدة عظيمة في المسألة المذكورة... وكان الوالدُ رحمه الله يطالعه دائمًا ويبتهج به).

Translation

Relief to the Anxious in the Judgment of Angry Divorce is a book or jurisprudential treatise, written by Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah (691 AH 751 AH - 1292 1349). The book is an answer to the question of the ruling on divorce in anger, whether it takes place or not. The author’s work contains citations of the Holy Qur’an, the Sunnah of the Prophet, and many of the sayings of the people of the Salaf. He classified anger into types, and mentioned the differences in ruling according to the type of anger. He also referred in this letter to other issues regarding divorce and other issues. Jamal al-Din al-Qasimi said about it: (It is a valuable book, which greatly benefits the nation in the aforementioned issue...and my father, may God have mercy on him, always read it and rejoiced in it).
