This is a book on the Hisbah system in Islam. It was written by Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, and it discusses the concept of Islamic guardianship and the responsibility of the hisba in enjoining good and forbidding evil. The book addresses topics such as fraud and deception in transactions, legal penalties, financial discretion, and a statement of reward and punishment, within the framework of explaining that the purpose of the Islamic mandates is to establish religion for God Almighty.
