هذا الكتاب هو مختصر لفتاوى شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية التي أفتى بها في مصر، قام باختصاره بدر الدين البعلي. ينتقي المختصر من تلك الفتاوى ما يغلب عليه الجانب الفقهي مما قد يعسر علمه على المبتدئين، ويضم الكتاب أبوابًا وفصولًا متنوعة تشمل مسائل في النية، والطهارة، والبيوع، والحجر، والصلح، والضمان، والوكالة، والإقرار، والنكاح، والقسامة، والذنوب الكبيره، وغيرها من الأحكام الفقهية.

Translation

This book is a summary of the fatwas of Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah that he issued in Egypt. It was summarized by Badr al-Din al-Baali. The summary selects from these fatwas what is dominated by the jurisprudential side, which may be difficult for beginners to learn. The book includes various sections and chapters that include issues of intention, purity, sales, quarantine, reconciliation, guarantee, agency, approval, marriage, division, major sins, and other jurisprudential rulings.
