Forty hadiths by Ali bin Al-Mufaddal Al-Maqdisi - manuscript

Translation

This manuscript is a collection of hadith compiled by Al-Hafiz Abu Al-Hasan Ali bin Al-Mufaddal Al-Maqdisi, which includes forty hadiths of the Prophet, in which he adhered to the approach of the hadith imams who preceded him in collecting the Forties, based on the reported urging to memorize forty hadiths in the traditions of prophetic wisdom. The author begins his book by praising God and praying for the Prophet, then he begins to narrate the hadiths with their chains of transmission back to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, mentioning the ways in which he narrated them from his sheikhs in Mecca, Alexandria, and elsewhere.
