Translation

This book is the twenty-first part of the series “The Baghdadi Sheikhdom” by Imam Al-Hafiz Abu Tahir Al-Salafi, and it is a manuscript in the field of the Noble Prophet’s Hadith. The book includes a group of hadiths narrated with their chains of transmission from a number of sheikhs of Baghdad, such as Abu Bakr al-Jawhari and Abu al-Hussein bin Bishran, and begins with narrations from the companions such as Abu Ayyub al-Ansari, al-Baraa bin Azib, and Jabir bin Abdullah. This part falls within the books of hadith parts, which collect hadiths narrated through approval and hearing from specific sheikhs.
