The fifth from the Dictionary of the Sheikhs of Damietta

Translation

This is the fifth part of the Dictionary of the Sheikhs of Al-Hafiz Al-Dumyati, which is a modern manuscript that includes the biographies of thirty-six sheikhs whom he met and narrated from, whose names begin with Muhammad ibn Abd al-Azim and end with Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Muhammad al-Andalusi. In each translation, the author mentions the name of the Sheikh, his lineage, his country, and his sect, then he cites with his chain of transmission some of the hadiths or authorizations he heard from him, mentioning the circumstances of the hearing and the date.
