The fourth from the Dictionary of the Sheikhs of Damietta

This is the fourth part of the Dictionary of the Sheikhs of Damietta, which is a modern manuscript that includes the biographies of thirty-three of the author’s sheikhs, starting in order from Muhammad ibn Sanqar to Muhammad ibn Abd al-Aziz. The author lists the names of his sheikhs, their lineages, and their countries, then he cites with his chain of transmission the hadiths and narrations that he heard about them, following the method of the hadith scholars in presenting the chains of transmission and texts.
