Al-Awali agrees with Al-Isfahani

This book is a manuscript of my hadiths compiled by Al-Hafiz Abu Al-Qasim Ismail bin Muhammad bin Al-Fadl Al-Asbahani, and it includes a collection of Prophetic hadiths whose chain of transmission was distinguished by its superiority and agreement with the sheikhs of Imam Al-Bukhari and Muslim. The author arranged his hadiths according to the letters of the dictionary, beginning with his name Ahmad, in deference to the name of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, intending to collect one hundred hadiths known as “The Hundred of Al-Muwafaqat Al-Awali.” The book deals with various topics of rulings, etiquette, tenderness, and temptations, making it a reference in the science of good fortune and approvals according to hadith scholars.
