Translation

This is a manuscript of my hadith compiled by Ibn al-Jawzi, collecting serial hadiths that he narrated with his chain of transmission on the authority of his sheikhs. The book begins by mentioning the first hadith the author heard from his sheikh, then follows it with a number of other series of what he heard, in response to a request from one of the students of hadith. The book falls within the hadith manuscripts concerned with narrating hadiths related to the chain of transmission in particular.
