The book “Remembrance of peers and their narration on the authority of each other” by Abu Sheikh Al-Isbahani is a book on the texts of hadith, which collects hadiths narrated by one narrator on the authority of another, and then that other narrates on the authority of the first, in a phenomenon known as narration of peers. The book begins by mentioning examples of these narrations exchanged between the Successors and others, such as the narration of Al-Zuhri on the authority of Abu Al-Zubair and the opposite, and the narration of Al-A’mash on the authority of Abu Salih and the opposite, along with listing the chains of transmission and texts related to that.
